I teach 1-2-1, small groups, community classes, face to face, indoors, outdoors and online. I regularly attend masterclasses, webinars and training to ensure I am up to date with new trends and industry guidelines. This ensures that every class is fresh and exciting!

Every session that I teach is unique. This means that you can join as many as your lifestyle allows each week. Here are a selection of the formats and protocols that I usually include... 

LIIT

Low Impact Interval Training - beginner friendly, older population, new to fitness, slower paced class. Can utilise equipment or equipment free.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – A faster paced cardiovascular class. Periods of intense anaerobic exercise with a period of rest.

TABATA

A time efficient exercise format of 20 seconds intense exercise and 10 seconds rest repeated for a 20 minute workout.

WEIGHTS / RESIST

Using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, sliders and body weight for a total body training class.

LBT

Everyone’s favourite! Legs, Bums & Tums – dedicated exercises to tone up these areas. The perfect pre-holiday workout.  

FITNESS PILATES STRETCH & TONE

Improve basic postural imbalances, back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility.
